Notes
This derived variable is an indicator of household characteristics. A household has this indicator if it is either overcrowded (actual number of rooms minus rooms 'required' (see ROOMREQ) is -1 or less) or is in a shared dwelling or does not have sole use of a bath / shower or toilet or does not have central heating
