An introduction to the use of graphical methods for showing the distribution of single variables and bivariate associations
Objectives
- be familiar with a range of univariate and bivariate graphics, including bar and pie charts, histograms, clustered bar charts and scatterplots.
- understand which types of graphic are appropriate for interval and categorical data.
- be able to interpret graphical output
- know how to present graphics in reports.
