Title: Systematic reviews: methodological choices and challenges

Organiser: David Gough, University of London

Aims of session: The morning on systematic reviews will introduce and discuss different approaches to systematic reviews of research evidence that include non quantitative data. This afternoon session provides a more detailed discussion of issues by considering how different approaches to reviewing influence the search for evidence, the assessment of the quality of the evidence, and the synthesis of the evidence.

Level: Advanced. This session assumes attendance at the morning session
