Title: Ethnographic challenges: ‘doing’ and using ethnography in social scientific research

Aims of session: This session will provide an inter-disciplinary forum to discuss some of the challenges that confront ethnographers. These range from the direct risks of doing fieldwork to the more indirect challenges that arise from the different roles played by ethnographic research

 

Format: Presentations with discussants and time for general discussion

Level: This session assumes no prior knowledge
